Did you know that socks are the most requested item by homeless people? This is especially so in winter if you are sleeping rough. Uniting WA are calling for donations of new men’s, women’s and children’s socks to distribute to homeless people through the Tranby Centre. You can support the Cosy Toes Appeal by bringing donations of new socks to Star St any Sunday during May. At the end of the month the socks will be taken to Tranby for distribution to homeless people.
